Deputy HR Manager (Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Systems and Operations)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Deputy HR Manager responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s compensation structures, payroll processes, policy governance and HR systems. This role involves ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, optimizing payroll operations, and providing strategic direction on compensation matters to support the company's objectives. This role will be based within Mount Faber Leisure Group (MFLG). Key Responsibilities Assist in the development of compensation structures and policies that align with the company’s business strategy and goals; Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits; Oversee payroll processes, including ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages; Develop and maintain HR systems and processes to support the company's operations; Provide strategic direction on compensation matters to support the company's objectives; Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of HR initiatives. This role will be based within Mount Faber Leisure Group (MFLG).
