We are seeking an inspirational and strategic Deputy Headteacher to join our forward-thinking Alternative Provision (AP) team, starting January 2026. This vital leadership role, with a salary up to £38,000, focuses on supporting vulnerable secondary pupils who face complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) barriers.

You will work directly with the Headteacher to drive whole-school improvement, ensure operational excellence, and champion high-quality teaching and learning.

Some proven leadership experience within an AP, PRU, or SEMH setting.
