As Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead of a Barchester care home, you'll support the delivery of the quality care we're known for. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team. As Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead, you'll be responsible for: * Leading and managing a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents * Ensuring that our care home is a place where our residents feel valued, respected and supported * Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents * Working closely with the General Manager to ensure that our care home is running smoothly and efficiently * Taking on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager * Ensuring that our care home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
