Deputy Executive Producer - Production

Republic Bharat TV is seeking a dynamic, decisive, and highly experienced Deputy Executive Producer (DEP) to oversee end-to-end news production operations and manage PCR (Production Control Room) functioning across live and recorded broadcasts. The DEP will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of bulletins, prime-time shows, breaking news coverage, and special programming while maintaining Republic Bharat’s editorial intensity, speed, and accuracy standards. This role demands strong expertise in managing a team of producers, writers, and editors to deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with anchors, correspondents, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the DEP must be well-versed in newsroom software, including Avid iNews, ENPS, and other relevant tools.
