Deputy Department Leader - Medical Devices

Location: Ruhrgebiet, Hamburg or Berlin Employment: Full-time, unlimited Your tasks Co-responsibility for the strategic further development and future security of an international department in the field of medical devices. Support in business development around certification and conformity assessment of medical devices (e.g. MDR, EN ISO 13485, MDSAP). Leadership and further development of a multidisciplinary expert team. Participation in planning personnel resources, budgeting, and controlling. Development and implementation of strategies for the department's growth and success. Collaboration with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Representation of the department at internal and external meetings and events. Your profile Excellent leadership skills and experience in managing teams. Strong understanding of medical devices regulations (e.g. MDR, EN ISO 13485). Experience in certification processes (e.g. MDSAP) and conformity assessment. Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and auditing procedures. Familiarity with international standards for medical devices (e.g. IEC 60601-1). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
