Deputy CISO

What you’ll do (Your Why): The Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (DCISO) will work closely with the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to strengthen and manage Datacom’s internal information security posture across the Group. The DCISO will lead efforts to safeguard Datacom’s data, systems and services, providing leadership, direction and expertise in all areas of information security. This role is a key leadership position within the Group Information Security team. It requires a strong technical background, as well as a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. What you’ll bring (About You): * Experience in leading and managing information security teams. * Strong understanding of information security principles and practices. * Proven ability to develop and implement information security policies and procedures. * Experience with risk management frameworks. * Experience with incident response and management. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. * Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC).
