As a wholly owned subsidiary of Re.Group, we are leaders in managing and facilitating operations that focus on recycling for the Container Deposit Schemes (CDS) in Australia. Convenient locations plus new technology enables a seamless recycling experience both at fully serviced depots and at community events. We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Depot Driver/Team Member, responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our depots, ensuring efficient collection and processing of containers, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the daily operations of the depot, including receiving and sorting containers, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment; • Support the team in achieving targets and KPIs by efficiently collecting and processing containers; • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding promptly to queries and resolving any issues that may arise; • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives; • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge; • Maintain accurate records and reports as required. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the recycling industry; • Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and stand for long periods; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
