As Department Manager, you will lead your team and support them while stimulating an inclusive culture where teamwork and entrepreneurship are central. You will ensure a top-notch operational and visual shopping experience - both for customers and colleagues.

Jou:

You will ensure a strong visual and commercial presentation to offer our customers a great shopping experience with the help of service tools.
You will analyze sales and budget goals and develop optimization measures.
You will plan tasks and personnel deployment efficiently, ensuring that all operational processes run smoothly - from the store floor and warehouse to cash registers, package routines, and daily opening and closing.
You will develop your team strategically through targeted recruitment, onboarding, regular feedback conversations, performance evaluations, and individual development plans.
