As Department Manager, you will lead your team and support them while stimulating an inclusive culture where teamwork and entrepreneurship are central. You will ensure a top-notch operational and visual shopping experience - both for customers and colleagues.

Jou:

• You will ensure a strong visual and commercial presentation to offer our customers a great shopping experience with the help of service tools.
• You will analyze sales and budget goals and develop optimization measures.
• You will plan tasks and personnel deployment efficiently, ensuring that all operational processes run smoothly - from the store floor and warehouse to cash registers, package routines, and daily opening and closing.
• You will develop your team strategically through targeted recruitment, onboarding, regular feedback conversations, performance evaluations, and individual development plans.
