WHAT YOU'LL DO
As DM Trainee, you'll develop step by step into the role of Department Manager. You'll learn to support your team and foster an inclusive culture that strengthens collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking. You'll work closely with senior leaders to ensure a top-notch operational and visual experience for customers in-store.
- Supports ensuring a strong visual and commercial presentation to offer a great shopping experience, using service tools, for our customers.
- Analyses together with experienced leaders sales and budget targets, develops optimization measures.
- Assists with task and personnel planning, as well as organizing operational workflows – from the sales floor to storage areas, cash registers, and daily store opening and closing.
- Takes an active role in recruiting, onboarding, and regular feedback conversations, learning how to strategically support individual employee development.
