Department Manager Trainee (m/w/d) - Plus City (38.5 Wochenstunden)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As DM Trainee, you'll develop yourself step by step into the role of Department Manager. You'll learn to support your team and foster an inclusive culture that strengthens collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking. While working closely with senior leaders, you'll ensure a top-notch operational and visual experience for customers and colleagues in-store.

You:

• support ensuring a strong visual and commercial presentation to offer a great shopping experience, with the help of service tools, for our customers.
• analyze together with experienced senior leaders sales and budget targets, develop optimization measures.
• help with task and personnel planning, as well as organizing operational workflows – from sales floor to storage areas, cash registers, and cabin routines, including daily store opening and closing.
• participate actively in recruiting, onboarding, and regular feedback conversations and learn how to strategically accompany the individual development of employees.
