Job Description WHAT YOU DO As DM Trainee, you develop step by step into the role of Department Manager. You learn to support your team and promote an inclusive culture that strengthens cooperation and entrepreneurial thinking. While working closely with leadership, you ensure a top-notch operational and visual experience for customers and colleagues in the store. You: support ensuring a strong visual and cooperative atmosphere; contribute to the development of a positive work environment; participate in the implementation of company-wide initiatives; and assist in the planning and execution of events.
