Department Manager Trainee (m/w/d) - Innsbruck (30-38.5 hours)

Job Description

• You will develop your skills step by step into the role of Department Manager. You will learn to support your team and promote an inclusive culture that strengthens cooperation and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure a top-notch operational and visual experience for customers in-store.
• You will:

Support ensuring a strong visual and commercial presentation to offer a great shopping experience for our customers, using service tools.

Analyze sales and budget targets together with experienced leaders, develop optimization measures.

Help with task and personnel planning, as well as organizing operational workflows - from the sales floor to storage areas, cash registers, and daily store opening and closing routines.

Participate actively in recruiting, onboarding, regular feedback conversations, and learning how to strategically support the individual development of employees.
