Job description
Your responsibilities:
- Manage human resources (recruitment, training, evaluation, time management, etc.);
- Ensure that tasks and responsibilities assigned to employees have been executed and they have the necessary support;
- Maintain the quality of customer service;
- Supervise product selection in display and maintain order in aisles;
- Bring ideas and suggestions to increase sales and keep your knowledge up-to-date on best-selling products and market trends.
