WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Department Manager, you will lead and support your team, fostering an inclusive culture that strengthens collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking. You will ensure a top-notch operational and visual experience for customers and colleagues in the store.

You:

• guarantee a strong visual and commercial presentation to offer a great shopping experience with the help of service tools for our customers.
• analyze sales and budget targets, develop optimization measures.
• plan tasks and personnel deployment efficiently, ensure the smooth operation of all operational processes – from the sales floor to warehouse areas, cash registers, and cabin routines, as well as daily store opening and closing.
• develop your team through targeted recruitment, onboarding, regular feedback conversations, performance evaluations, and individual strategic development.
