Department Manager (m/w/d) - Kaufhaus Tyrol Innsbruck (30 Wochenstunden)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Department Manager, you will lead and support your team, fostering an inclusive culture that strengthens collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking. You will ensure a top-notch operational and visual experience for customers and colleagues in the store.
You:
- guarantee a strong visual and commercial presentation to offer a great shopping experience with the help of service tools for our customers.
- analyze sales and budget targets, develop optimization measures.
- plan tasks and personnel deployment efficiently, ensure the smooth operation of all operational processes – from the sales floor to warehouse areas, cash registers, and cabin routines, as well as daily store opening and closing.
- develop your team through targeted recruitment, onboarding, regular feedback conversations, performance evaluations, and individual strategic development.
