Department Manager - Mainz (m/w/d)

Job description

As Department Manager, you will lead, develop and motivate your team. You will create an atmosphere where collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking are important, so that each team member can further develop and freely unfold. The interaction of your actions and our values contributes to your own success and the success of H&M, making you a role model for others.

Your tasks:

You will design together with your team an unique customer experience and set visual and commercial standards.
You will know the strengths and opportunities of your department, analyze sales results, and set goals with your team to optimize results, profits, and inventory levels.
You will plan ahead for your team and ensure that daily business runs smoothly.
You will recruit new talents, accompany them during onboarding, and promote an open culture that supports growth and innovation.
You can be yourself and positively represent the H&M Group.
