As Department Manager, you will lead your team and support them while stimulating an inclusive culture where collaboration and entrepreneurship are central. You will ensure a top-notch operational and visual shopping experience – for customers as well as colleagues.
Jou:
- Zorgt voor een sterke visuele en commerciële presentatie om onze klanten een geweldige winkelervaring te bieden met behulp van servicetools.
- Analyses verkoop- en budgetdoelen en ontwikkelt optimalisatiemaatregelen.
- Plant taken en personeelsinzet efficiënt in en zorgt ervoor dat alle operationele processen soepel verlopen – van de winkelvloer en het magazijn tot aan de kassa’s, paskamerroutines en de dagelijkse winkelopening en -sluiting.
- Ontwikkelt je team op strategische wijze door middel van gerichte werving, onboarding, regelmatige feedbackgesprekken, prestatie-evaluaties en individuele ontwikkelplannen.
