The job of a Department Manager at H&M has a lot of responsibility and fun!

Your to-do list includes:

• Review and recommend new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient.
• E nsure through training and coaching that the team meets customer expectations through direct attention, according to company standards.
• Resolve immediate customer feedback in accordance with company standards.
• E nsure the correct flow of garments through store operation standards to increase and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure, together with the visual team, that garment presentation is commercial and high-quality.
• Plan, launch, and maintain sales campaigns and activities according to company standards.
• Identify opportunities and generate actions to increase sales and profitability of your department.
• Analyze commercial KPIs and sales reports to generate strategies that achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Plan, ensure, and execute recruitment and hiring processes for your department team together with the recruiter, and in accordance with authorized contract base.
• Evaluate, train, and develop all colleagues in your department.
• Execute actions together with the Store Manager to reduce department rotation percentage.
• Update the store team on business performance, new initiatives, and other relevant topics.
• E nsure employee and customer safety.
