Department Manager | Electrical Cabinet Construction

We are looking for a Department Manager who can take our department for the construction of electrical cabinets to a higher level. In this role, you combine operational management with a strong sales focus and a drive for continuous improvement. You are responsible for leading a specialized department in the construction of electrical cabinets. You direct both the operational activities and the commercial development of the department. Your goal is to increase the turnover and profitability of the department by optimizing processes and improving the quality of our products. You will work closely with the management team and other departments to achieve this goal.
