WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Department Manager, you will lead your team and support them while stimulating an inclusive culture where collaboration and entrepreneurship stand central. You ensure a top-notch operational and visual shopping experience – for customers as well as colleagues.

You:

• ensures a strong visual and commercial presentation to offer our customers an excellent shopping experience with the help of service tools.
• analyzes sales and budget goals and develops optimization measures.
• plans tasks and personnel deployment efficiently, ensuring that all operational processes run smoothly – from the store floor and warehouse to cash registers, packaging routines, and daily opening and closing.
• develops your team strategically through targeted recruitment, onboarding, regular feedback conversations, performance evaluations, and individual development plans.
