Job Description We are currently looking for a Department Manager for our store in Warsaw, who is motivated and excited to join our growing brand with quality and customer experience at its core. As Department Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing your department in the store and improving daily operations as well as achieving sales targets and budget. You report to the Store Experience Manager. Key responsibilities: Support, motivate and lead your department team to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, optimize inventory levels, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This includes but is not limited to: managing a team of up to 10 people, conducting performance evaluations, providing coaching and training, and addressing any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of store appearance, ensuring all visual merchandising displays are well-maintained and visually appealing, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty. Additionally, you will work closely with the Store Experience Manager to develop and implement action plans to improve overall store performance.
