• You evaluate the performances of your team by giving them regular feedback and actively supports the development and training of our future Talents.
• You analyze and follow key performance indicators regarding sales and profits of your department.
• You ensure that health, safety, and legal aspects are treated in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation to always guarantee the security of all employees and customers.
