Job description
Nos leaders have the ambition to progress our colleagues and company. As Department Manager, you are responsible for supervising a department in order to increase sales and profits of the store and, with your team, to offer an experience that prioritizes the customer.
Responsibilities
- You lead with the will to offer the best experience to all our colleagues and customers.
- You evaluate the performances of your team by giving them regular feedback and actively supports the development and training of our future Talents.
- You analyze and follow key performance indicators regarding sales and profits of your department.
- You ensure that health, safety, and legal aspects are treated in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation to always guarantee the security of all employees and customers.
