Department Lead - TMHW

We're hiring an experienced and motivated Department Lead to help run and scale Take My HazWaste (TMHW) —our fast-growing hazardous waste pickup and compliance division. This role combines hands-on operational management , compliance leadership , and a growing focus on service expansion and sales support . You'll be a key player in turning strategy into execution—leading day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance across the board, and working directly with the business development team to help drive growth and profitability. As a Department Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the TMHW team, including managing a team of HazWaste coordinators, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and working closely with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that all TMHW operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
