This client is an international company in the supply chain sector.


The gross annual salary lies at around € 60,000, depending on qualifications and professional experience.

Your area of responsibility: Technical and organizational leadership of the welding department and adjacent production areas
Planning, controlling, and monitoring of work orders
Maintenance of deadlines, quality control, and attention to economic efficiency
Compliance with welding specifications and standards, safety guidelines (welding supervision)
Support in training and development of employees

You bring:
Completed vocational training in the industrial/technical sector, e.g. as a locksmith m/w/d, welder m/w/d or another suitable vocational training in this area
Further education to Industrial Master Metal m/w/d, Technician m/w/d or another further education in this area
Multiple years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience
Techical understanding
Sophisticated handling of technical drawings
