Job description
- Competent and individual care of our elective patients according to the standards of our nursing system.
- Independent implementation of prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic measures.
- Correct documentation of patient care.
- Support and guidance for new colleagues and our apprentices HF/FH and FaGe.
- Assistance in the development and securing of optimal patient care quality, in close cooperation with the nursing management.
- Participation and support in process and structural changes in nursing, in close cooperation with the nursing management.
- Taking over as Deputy Head of Nursing.
