• You manage work processes and distribute tasks in the Markant Meat department
• You lead weekly planning and have fun motivating employees
• You promote the customer-friendly Markant Theken concept and product presence in daily work
• You inspect products upon entry for quality and ensure proper storage according to our internal guidelines
• You cut meat and sausage products to thekengerecht and ensure the production of kitchen-ready meat and sausage specialties
• Prevent inventory differences, coordination, and processing of inventory from meat and sausage products
• Maintaining internal job descriptions and adherence to all relevant safety and hygiene regulations and guidelines
• You take over the professional mentoring of our new employees and trainees (m/w/d)

• You have a completed apprenticeship as a butcher or a vocational training in butchery (m/w/d)
• You enjoy service and dealing with our customers
• You are a team player
• You have initial leadership experience
