• You are responsible for our Hardware Area and are also responsible for shaping the entire department
• You lead and train your team and plan the deployment of personnel
• You have cost and sales development, as well as regular inventories up to warehousing and flow in mind and ensure a smooth process here
• You have an eye for attractive product presentation and know how to excite customers

• You hold a completed commercial education
• Professional experience in the exciting Non-Food goods area is already present at your company
• You possess a high sense of responsibility and are a true team player
• You show great enthusiasm for dealing with customers in direct sales conversations
• You have already gained some experience in personnel management
