What’s on offer
- Fully booked patient base from day one – the clinic needs a second Dentist
- $15,000 upfront payment on commencement (subject to agreed terms, incl. 12-month FT commitment)
- Mentorship and case guidance from experienced clinicians
- Modern, supportive environment with strong systems and a collaborative team
- Immediate start available
- Full-time position
- Broad scope of general dentistry with clinical autonomy: preventive and restorative care, extractions, root canal therapy, crowns/bridges, whitening, emergencies
- Consistent new-patient flow and strong recall program to keep your books humming
- Chairside guidance, treatment planning support and regular case reviews
- Access to CPD guidance and exposure to a variety of presentations to accelerate your learning
- Junior/early-career Dentists encouraged to apply
- AHPRA-registered Dentist
- Must have already graduated, not for graduates looking to start in 2026
- Confident communicator with a patient-centred approach
- Eager to learn, open to feedback and comfortable in a busy setting
- Available for full-time hours
