Set your days: 3 to 5 per week to fit around school runs, family time, or other commitments
Walk into full appointment books - no start-up stress, just great patients ready for care
Work with a small team of experienced Dentists and support staff who know each other well
40% of billings in a well-managed clinic with consistent demand and minimal admin hassles

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide general dental treatments including crowns, fillings, simple extractions and preventive care
Build genuine patient relationships - many of whom have been coming to the clinic for years
Focus on quality, not quotas - and work in a space where your clinical autonomy is respected

The Right Fit for You If You:

Are an AHPRA-registered Dentist with at least 2 years' experience
Prefer working in a steady, values-based environment over high-volume, high-pressure practices
