Our client’s long-standing practice is known for its warm, community feel and strong patient loyalty. With flexibility built in and a team that genuinely looks out for one another, this is the kind of role where you can grow a fulfilling career and still be home for dinner.
A Role That Fits Real Life:
- Set your days: 3 to 5 per week to fit around school runs, family time, or other commitments
- Walk into full appointment books - no start-up stress, just great patients ready for care
- Work with a small team of experienced Dentists and support staff who know each other well
- 40% of billings in a well-managed clinic with consistent demand and minimal admin hassles
- Provide general dental treatments including crowns, fillings, simple extractions and preventive care
- Build genuine patient relationships - many of whom have been coming to the clinic for years
- Focus on quality, not quotas - and work in a space where your clinical autonomy is respected
- Are an AHPRA-registered Dentist with at least 2 years' experience
- Prefer working in a steady, values-based environment over high-volume, high-pressure practices
- Want a long-term role that supports both your professional and personal life
- Enjoy being part of a small, friendly team where everyone has each other’s back
