What the Role Looks Like:
- 4-day work week with consistent hours
- Smooth handover into an already busy appointment book
- 40% of billings with no pressure to upsell or overbook
- Backed by a calm, capable support team and a hands-on Principal who values simplicity
- Light-filled, purpose-built practice
- Five fully equipped rooms with up-to-date scanning and imaging tech
- Known locally for personalised care and a low-turnover, loyal patient base
- Relaxed, grounded team culture - everyone knows each other by name
- General dentistry including restorative care, hygiene, crowns, and basic endo
- Plenty of room to incorporate your clinical strengths or preferences
- No sales quotas - just straightforward dentistry done well
- AHPRA-registered Dentist with at least 2 years’ experience
- Happy to work independently with a solid clinical foundation
- A friendly, people-first attitude with a focus on steady, long-term care
- Looking to settle into a coastal community and enjoy a reliable, rewarding role
