COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (DDS / DMD) $190,000 to $240,000 guaranteed Salary (experienced based) $15,000 Signing-bonus Up to 6% employer-match on your retirement contribution 37 Days PTO (vacation/CME) Qualified FQHC site - Up to $50,000 in Federal school loan assistance for 2 years of service RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Dentist (DDS / DMD) Federally Qualified Health Center setting (FQHC) - Qualified for Federal school loan assistance General Dentistry - case-mix variety including children, adults, and geriatric patients
