Dental Treatment Coordinator (US Healthcare) - EST hours (Remote)

I STA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global BPO company, recruiting on behalf of our client, a USA-based dental services provider. We are seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to support their remote dental care operations. This is a non-clinical, administrative role that involves liaising between dental practitioners and patient representatives (e.g., family members, nursing homes, or Power of Attorney) to obtain consent for recommended dental procedures. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, a strong communicator, organized and detail-oriented. The role is 100% remote. Key Responsibilities: * Contacting patients and/or their representatives to explain treatment plans and obtain consent. * Scheduling and coordinating appointments for dental procedures. * Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation. * Answering patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service. * Working closely with dentists and other dental staff to ensure smooth and efficient patient care. * Managing and resolving any patient concerns or complaints. * Utilizing dental software and other relevant tools to manage patient information. * Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Prior experience in a dental office or healthcare setting preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. * Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus. * Must be able to work during EST business hours.
