Job Description Dental Receptionist As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients — both in person and over the phone — and play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly. You’ll need to manage multiple priorities at once: scheduling appointments, responding to enquiries, processing payments, and coordinating with our clinical team in a dynamic environment. Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and billing information. Coordinate with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient flow.
