About the Role

To build our team in Germany, we are looking for experienced and dedicated Dental Lab Technicians (m/f/d) for the Customer Experience department. You will contribute your profound dental technical expertise and work directly with clinicians on key tasks such as patient scans, case preparation, and design adjustments. Your role is to provide real-time technical support, ensuring high-quality results and an outstanding experience for every dentist.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborative Case Planning & Design Coordination: You will work in real-time with dentists, review constructions, and optimize them for aesthetics and function. For complex restorations, you will provide expert consultation and promote the secure use of our digital tools.

• Live Clinical Support: You will communicate directly with the practice team via phone, chat, and video calls. You will resolve technical hurdles, clarify workflow questions, and offer empathetic, efficient service.

• Interface between Practice and Lab: You will act as a liaison between dentists and Dandy's production teams, precisely translating clinical feedback into dental technical specifications for production.

What You Bring

• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Dental Lab Technician.

• CAD/CAM Expertise: At least 2 years of in-depth user experience with 3Shape (specifically crown and bridge technology as well as implant prosthetics).

• Digital Workflows: In-depth understanding of digital process chains (intraoral scans, scan bodies, implant systems, and CAD design standards).

• Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn new dental software platforms.

• Service and Communication Skills: Proven experience in professional interaction with dentists, strong empathy, and skilled complaint and problem management. Experience in lab-side customer service or field service is an advantage.

• Confident in Direct Interaction: Enjoy spontaneous exchange via chat, phone, and video calls with clinicians, and the ability to build trust quickly.

• Problem-Solver Mentality: Independent, structured way of working with the talent to manage multiple complex inquiries simultaneously.

• Start-up & Growth Mindset: Enthusiasm for a dynamic, rapidly growing, and fully digitalized laboratory environment.

• Precision & Punctuality: High quality awareness, even with tight deadlines.

• Language Skills: German at a (near) native level, including a secure command of German dental medicine and dental technology terminology. Fluent English for internal communication within the international team.
