Your responsibilities:

• Performing oral cleanings and periodontal treatments.
• Making diagnoses and performing preventive oral care.
• Giving guidance and advice on oral health and prevention.
• Working together with dentists and colleagues within a collaborative team.
• Working with innovative treatment methods such as laser technology.

Martin Heij Dental Practice is located in a green environment in Heerenveen and offers spacious treatment rooms with modern equipment. The practice is an accredited education practice, affiliated with the University of Groningen, and continuously invests in training and courses, such as anesthesia training. The team works with pleasure and dedication and attaches great importance to camaraderie, humor and teamwork.

What we offer:

• A flexible work arrangement of 16 hours per week, either on a salary or as a ZZP'er.
• Salary between €18,- and €30,- per hour, depending on experience, or a percentage of the turnover for ZZP'ers.
• 190 hours of vacation time per year (based on a 38-hour workweek, salary).
• A mileage reimbursement of €0.23 per km (11-30 km).
• Extra benefits with salary: discount on a fitness subscription, an extra vacation day every four months without absence and nice attentions around holidays and birthdays.

We are looking for a dental hygienist with:

• A completed HBO degree in Oral Health Care and valid BIG registration.
• Good command of the Dutch language (at least B2 level).
• A structured, customer-friendly and professional work attitude.
• Team spirit and enthusiasm to provide the best care together.
