Responsibilities:

• Sell the brands by highlighting their craftsmanship, quality, and refinement.

• Offer a unique in-store shopping experience, where each customer receives personalized service and special attention.

• Welcome and engage customers by approaching them as they enter the dedicated area.

• Provide personalized lingerie advice in fitting rooms for each customer.

• Showcase products by ensuring neat presentation of the stand and maintaining an impeccably welcoming sales space.

• Maintain sufficient stock for the smooth operation of the sales area and to meet customer demand.

• Inform customers about products, their features, and benefits, while sharing the history and values of our brands.

• Ensure fluid and professional communication with the Printemps team to guarantee perfect collaboration.

Desired Profile

• You have a passion for fashion and high-end lingerie, and you can convey this passion to your customers.

• You have previous sales experience, ideally in the lingerie sector.

• You possess excellent presentation and a keen sense of customer service, with the ability to listen, understand, and advise effectively.

• You are dynamic, autonomous, and comfortable in a demanding sales environment.

• You have positive energy and consistently identify opportunities to further showcase our brands on the sales floor.

• You have a good understanding of trends and are comfortable with evolving customer expectations.

• You are strongly results-oriented and motivated to meet and exceed sales objectives.
