Demolition Operative

We are looking for an experience Demolition Operative for a luxury residential project in Marble Arch. This is a great opportunity with on going work for the right person.

Main Duties:

Internal strip-out and site clearance
Filling skips and keeping site tidy
Assisting trades where needed

Requirements:

Valid CSCS Certificate
Proven experience on high-end residential refurbishments
Contactable references x 2

Job Details:

Role: Demolition Operative
Start: ASAP
Location: Marble Arch
Pay: £550-650pw
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
