Job description
For our diverse restaurants in the Morosani Schweizerhof, we are looking for a Semi Chef de Partie m/w for the summer season 2026. You will be part of the Morosani Hotels kitchen brigade and will be responsible, as Semi Chef de Partie, for the smooth operation in our diverse restaurants. You will help with preparing dishes according to instructions from the posten- and kitchen chef or sous-chef. You will support the superiors in ordering goods and mise-en-place work. A market-oriented approach is expected.
