Chef de Partie in the Garden April to September

The Sun – Boutique Hotel and Sea Restaurants in Küsnacht am Zürichsee – is a traditional 4-star superior house with 40 individually designed rooms and suites. Our diverse gastronomic offer includes the sun gallery, historic guest rooms, tower bar, sun garden, and idyllic lake terrace. Furthermore, we offer elegant banquet and festival spaces for up to 140 guests – partly with a magnificent view of Lake Zurich. A private lake meadow with direct access to the lake is also available. We are looking for a chef de partie who will support our culinary team in the garden from April to September. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar position and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The tasks include preparing and serving meals, managing food and beverage inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
