The Hotel »Gasthof Post« is a family-run, exclusive 5-star establishment in Lech am Arlberg. Our guests enjoy award-winning cuisine (half board or à la carte) in our Panorama Restaurant or on the sun terrace.

Your Responsibilities:
Together with your team, you will ensure culinary experiences at the highest level.
- Support the Chef de Partie in the organization and management of a kitchen station (e.g., Gardemanger, Entremetier, Saucier, or Pâtissier)
- Preparation of daily mise en place and assistance in the preparation of high-quality dishes
- Shared responsibility for smooth operations during service
- Ensuring appealing presentation of all dishes
- Working according to our recipes, quality standards, and portion specifications
- Adherence to all hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
- Responsible and sustainable handling of high-quality food products
- Assistance with goods checks, inventory organization, and stocktaking
- Onboarding and support of Commis de Partie and apprentices
- Active contribution to a positive and professional team atmosphere
What you bring:
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook
- Professional experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
- Passion for high-quality cuisine and fresh products
- Sense of responsibility as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Team spirit, resilience, and quality awareness
- Motivation to develop professionally and personally
- Good German language skills, English skills are an advantage
