Semi-Chief de Partie

What is your dream job? For the Maritim Hotel Amsterdam, we are looking for semi-chief de partie's who get enthusiastic about a dynamic, varied work environment, working in different kitchens and wanting to support the Chef de Partie's in creating the best dishes and buffets. Within the Maritim Hotel Amsterdam, we have 4 restaurants. Our Japanese restaurant Kazue, where we serve the most delicious Japanese dishes through natural products. Our Oriental restaurant Sakura, where we offer a wide range of Asian-inspired dishes. Our Mediterranean restaurant La Bella Vita, where we serve fresh seafood and international cuisine. And our buffet restaurant De Grote Zaal, where we offer a variety of international dishes. As a semi-chief de partie, you will be responsible for supporting the Chef de Partie's in preparing and serving meals, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. You will also have the opportunity to work in different kitchens and support the creation of new dishes and buffets.
