In this vital role, you will support our dementia care team in the development and implementation of dementia care strategies, providing expert guidance and support to our care homes and hospitals. You will also contribute to the development of dementia care best practice, ensuring that our care homes and hospitals are providing the highest quality care for our residents with dementia.
