We are seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Manager to lead forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring product availability, minimizing write-offs, and driving operational excellence across the supply chain. Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends. Align forecasted demand with available supply to ensure optimal inventory levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential stockouts or overstocking issues. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform inventory management decisions. Develop and implement process improvements to streamline forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on demand and supply planning performance. Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in demand and supply planning, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
