Main Purpose Ensure the effective and reliable operation of the Demand Planning process across all Sigma Business Units, while driving its continuous improvement and global expansion. Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Demand Planning process and its impact on business operations; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements; Designing and implementing solutions that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction; Providing expert-level support and guidance to stakeholders across all Sigma Business Units; Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the Demand Planning process. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field; 3+ years of experience in demand planning, operations research, or a related field; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
