Demand Planning Manager - Associate level (Manufacturing, Purchasing)

Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies, policies, and procedures in the trading business. Support the Purchasing Planning Manager in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather purchasing requirements and create purchase orders. Monitor and manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. Utilize SAP system to process purchases, track inventory levels, and optimize supply chain operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Provide support to the Purchasing Planning Manager in managing day-to-day purchasing activities, including order management, inventory control, and logistics coordination. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and implement changes as needed. Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and make informed decisions.
