Demand Planning Analyst

The Demand Planner is responsible for ensuring supply alignment to meet customer demand while maintaining healthy inventory levels. This role serves as the primary planning interface across cross-functional teams, driving forecast accuracy, optimizing supply utilization, and supporting the development of a comprehensive demand planning process that aligns with business objectives. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining accurate and detailed demand forecasts to inform production planning and inventory management. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations strategies. • Analyzing historical data and market trends to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with supply chain disruptions and changes in customer demand. • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field. 3+ years of experience in demand planning, operations research, or a related field is required. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is necessary. Knowledge of statistical modeling and data analysis tools such as R, Python, or Tableau is an asset.
