•4–5 years of experience in demand planning or logistics, ideally in the automotive sector
•Experience working with global supply chains
•Good understanding of supply chain and production processes and skills in forecasting
•Proficiency in SAP APO and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
•Fluency in English (spoken and written)
•Very good problem-solving and communication skills
•Previous experience in working with cross-functional teams
•Results-oriented, detail-driven, and eager to grow professionally

Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Demand Planner to join our team in the EMEA region. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our demand planning processes, working closely with Sales, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to drive accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across the network.
Key Responsibilities
•Collect and analyze customer demand data from EMEA Sales and Product teams (mid- and long-term focus)
•Lead monthly forecasting meetings with EMEA Sales teams
•Analyze historical sales data and market trends to improve forecast accuracy
•Monitor product seasonality, promotions, and sales activity to optimize operational planning
•Review and fine-tune statistical forecasting models monthly
•Create demand plans and contribute to the S&OP process
•Track KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, deviation) and lead monthly performance reviews
•Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer service levels and material flow efficiency
•Participate in new SAP project rollouts and support digital transformation in planning
