Demand Planner - Retail

Responsibilities: • Forecast demand for our client's retail products using historical sales data and market trends. • Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize inventory levels. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and marketing, to develop and implement effective demand planning strategies. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, logistics, and marketing teams. • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on demand planning strategies and inventory levels. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand planning and forecasting. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
