Job description
2–4 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within FMCG or regulated sectors. Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or Business. Hands-on experience with SAP APO, IBP, or related planning platforms. Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets using advanced Excel and statistical tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. High level of integrity, accountability, and responsibility. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an asset. Strong analytical and mathematical skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
