We are growing quickly and with us is the complexity of our planning. As a Demand Planner at Glow25, you will be the central instance that forms a reliable, decision-making demand basis from market signals, campaign data, and sales inputs. You will work at the heart of our S&OP process, connecting Commercial, SCM, and Finance, and ensuring that everyone plans on the same data basis. In diesem Bereich brauchen wir Deine Unterstützung:

• You create the monthly 12-month rolling forecast based on market data, promotions, and historical patterns.
• You take over the ownership of the Demand Review and prepare all relevant documents structured.
• You synchronize regularly with the Commercial team to integrate campaign and forecast inputs.
• You implement our Demand Planning Tool and actively contribute to building and developing system logic.
• You develop scenario analyses to make different planning assumptions transparent and decision-making.
• You track relevant KPIs like MAPE and Bias and lead from there action recommendations.
• You create KPI reports and Decision-Log entries that ensure a comprehensible planning history.
• You actively participate in the weekly S&OE and monthly S&OP process.

Du bringst folgende Erfahrungen mit:

• You have a completed degree in BWL, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Statistics or a comparable field
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in the area of Demand Planning, Supply Chain or a related planning environment.
• You have fundamental knowledge of working with Demand Planning Tools and ideally in connection with D2C models and digital platforms.
• You are familiar with ERP systems, ideally you have already worked with Reybex or similar systems.
• You know Excel and BI tools and can prepare and visualize data structured.
• You have experience in the S&OP and S&OE process and know how to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• You are familiar with relevant forecast KPIs like MAPE and Bias and can interpret them methodically correctly.
• You communicate fluently on German and English (at least C1), written and orally.

• You are experienced in working with planning tools and bring the claim to continuously develop methods and data quality.
