Demand Planner / Absatzplaner (m/w/d)

As part of the sales team, you will deal daily with important topics from the areas of customer management, demand and action planning as well as price negotiations. Thus, you will make a significant contribution to the company's success. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing effective demand plans in collaboration with your colleagues; • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies; • Conducting price negotiations with customers and suppliers; • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities; • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service; • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners; • Participating in the development of sales strategies and tactics; • Providing input for the creation of marketing materials and campaigns; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency; • Identifying and addressing potential risks and opportunities; • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in demand planning, sales or marketing; • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
